Why Delhi Tour, YSRCP asks Naidu

Hyderabad, Sept 14 (INN): The YSR Congress party has said that the previous incidents clearly show how the ruling party and main opposition have worked in tandem and demanded that Naidu should tell the reason for his Delhi tour.

“If we had any understanding with Congress, our leader would not have been for jail for so long. TDP leader is scared of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy as TDP will be washed away in the ensuing elections,” party deputy floor leader Bhuma Sobha Nagi Reddy told reporters here on Saturday.

Naidu should also tell the reason as to why he is going to Delhi as his earlier trips had raised many eyebrows and some of the trips were very discreet in nature.

The cadre is deserting TDP and there is an exodus as it is not happy with the leadership of Chandrababu Naidu while YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s popularity is on the rise even though he is away from the people, she said.

Instead of taking a serious view of the Seemandhra movement, Naidu has begun the arithmetic of votes and seats in the ensuing elections. At this juncture Naidu going to Delhi will raise many doubts and he should clear the doubts, she said.

“It has become a practice for Naidu to visit Delhi whenever Jagan’s bail issue comes to a crucial juncture. It is a fact that TDP and Congress and has been working in tandem against their common adversary. He did not deny the statement that Naidu has met P Chidambaram in Delhi.

The details of the meeting still remain a secret. People are with YSRCP as people are with us, she said.

We demand that Chandrababu Naidu should categorically spell out his party stand whether he is a separatists or an integrationist. He should also tell the reason for his Delhi trip, she said.
