Jagan Seeks Court Permission to Tour State

Hyderabad, Oct 11 (INN): YSR Congress Party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Friday approached the CBI Special Court seeking permission to tour Andhra Pradesh and also to visit Delhi.

In a memo filed before the court, Jagan sought relaxations in bail conditions that prevent him from leaving Hyderabad without court’s permission. Stating that he leads political party and represents Kadapa Lok Sabha seat in Parliament, he requested the court to give relaxation in bail conditions. He sought court’s permission to tour Andhra Pradesh besides visiting New Delhi. Referring to the on-going Samaikhyandhra agitation, he said that being an elected representative he needs to be a part of that agitation. (INN)
