Bill Collector, Khanapuram Haveli Division in ACB net

Khammam, Sept 20 (INN): Bill Collector, Khanapuram Haveli Division, Municipal Corporation of Khammam District was caught red handed by the ACB Officials on Sept 20.

According to the ACB Official, accused Officer Purnakanti Samuel (38) S/o Salman, was caught red handed by the ACB Officials at about 1:30 PM at his office, when he demanded and accepted an amount of Rs 8,000 as bribe from the complainant, for doing an official favour i.e. “to process the mutation file of H.No. 8-3-90, U.P.H.Colony, Khanapuram Haveli, Khammam, pertaining to complainant’s sister and to forward the same to the Municipal Commissioner of Khammam”.

Bribe amount of Rs 8,000 was recovered from him. He has been arrested and will be produced before the Honorable IInd Additional Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, Hyderabad.
