Kajal Is Likely To Be Roped In Opposite Balayya For ‘GPS’

On Ugadi day, Natasimha Nandamruri Balakrishna had officially announced that his 100th film would be ‘Gauthami Putra Satakarni’ and the film would be directed by Krishh. After the formal announcement at Amaravathi about the film, the director started hunt for the heroine opposite Balakrishna. First they approached Nayanatara as her combination gave two big hits like Simha and Srirama Rajyam’. However, she expressed her inability to adjust dates for the movie. Then the director considered Kajal Agarwal as heroine because, she played the role of princess in ‘Magadheera’ and ‘Sardar Gabbar Singh’ and she need not be trained to play a princess or queen role. In case, she gives her acceptance, this will be her third film as a princess. However, a green signal is still awaited from Kajal Agarwal. The formal launch of shooting with the puja activities are to be held on April 22, while the regular shooting of the film is likely to begin from May 10. The producers have decided to release the teaser / first look of the film by June 10, the birthday of Balakrishna. The film is being produced by Rajiv Reddy in association with Krish, on the banner of First Frame Entertainment.
