‘ABCD 2’ Set Caught Fire

On Thursday evening the sets of ‘ABCD 2’ starring Varun Dhawan-Shraddha Kapoor in Filmcity Goregaon, caught fire following a short circuit.
The incident happened with the cast was rehearsing their dance steps. There were as many as 600 people on the sets. And were safely rescued from the spot.
The leading pair of the film took to Twitter to confirm the news.

Varun tweeted: There was a fire and our set got burnt down.We safely evacuated600 people and we will be back to work tomorrow.WE WONT STOP DANCING.
Shraddha’s tweet read:
Yes sadly there was a fire on set today but everything is fine & everyone is safe! Back to shoot tomorrow. We WONT stop dancing!!!
‘ABCD 2’ is a sequel to ‘ABCD’ directed by Remo D’Souza. This dance based film went on to become a much appreciated film by dance lovers. The film also stars dancing king Prabhudheva and is slated to hit the screen on June 19th.
