ranbir kapoor and Anushka Sharma starrer “Bombay Velvet” is set in the backdrop of Bombay in the 1960s. The brand new most sizzling classic posters of this film are out. Anushka play the role of a Jazz singer while Ranbir plays the role of street-fighter. The film also features Karan Johar in a negative role and Kay Kay Menon and Vivaan Shah are in important roles.

Anushka is really very excited about her upcoming film and also shared the poster of the film on social networking site Twitter.

The screenplay is jointly written by Anurag Kashyap, Karan Johar and Vikramaditya Motwane. The movie is based on Gyan Prakash’s book ‘Mumbai Fables’ that explores Mumbai in the early 1950s and 1960s. The film which is produced by Phantom Films and Fox Star Studious, is all set to released on 15 May 2015.
