Upcoming Films - Hamari Adhuri Kahani, Inspired by Mahesh Bhatt’s Parents Life

Hamari Adhuri Kahani is based on the life of legendary filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt’s parents and stars emraan hashmi and Vidya Balan in lead roles. The movie is under production currently and its recent song releases show that it’s set to be defiantly romantic, soulful and musical. The film explores the relationship of Nanabhai Bhatt-his father and Shirin Ali along with Mahesh Bhatt’s stepmother. It also stars Rajkummar Rao (Yadav) in a principle role and is planned to be released on 12’ June 2015. Post her new looks, Vidya had to shed a lot of weight for her role in this film when the shooting started in 2014. The film also has a surprise cameo by Amala Akkineni-South Indian actress and wife of Tollywood actor Nagarjuna. It’s directed by Mohit Suri and produced by Mahesh and Mukesh Bhaat. Emraan Hashmi is the nephew of Mahesh Bhatt in real life.
