Sonu To Maintain Balance Between South And Hindi Cinema

Actor Sonu Sood who is busy promoting his upcoming film ‘Happy New Year’ has started his acting career in South Film Industry. The actor says that he wants to strike a balance between the two thriving film industries – Bollywood and southern cinema.
The actor said in an interview that, “I started down south, so I still do them (southern movies). Southern films give me a chance to choose only a few Hindi films and the best ones. I try to maintain a balance. So, I have done around 55-60 films in many languages. Next month there is a Telugu release and then Happy New Year in October”.

‘Happy New Year’ has Shah Rukh Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Boman Irani and Vivan Shah, apart from Sonu. The film is directed by choreographer turned filmmaker Farah Khan.
