Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor will be celebrating their first wedding anniversary in London on Oct 16th. Saif is already in UK shooting for his upcoming film for more than a month while Kareena will be flying to London and will meet her hubby on Oct 10th. Kareena said “I’m flying there to be with him on our first anniversary.” Kareena is planning to surprise Saif with a grand gift. She says “It could be a designer watch or something even more expensive and personal,” she smiles mysteriously, adding, “I will not discuss the gift because I want to surprise him.”
