Rohit Shetty: you Cannot Take Success for Granted

Director Rohit Shetty who is currently awaiting the release of ‘Singham Returns’, has delivered blockbusters in Bollywood like Golmaal series, Singham, Bol Bachcha and Chennai Express. The director doesn’t believe in taking success for granted and so continues to put his “100 percent” into his films. He has a pulse of the audience’s taste.
When the director was asked, does it put an additional pressure on him to surpass the success of his previous films?
He answered, “No, it is not about the pressure. It is the approach that matters the most. You cannot take your success for granted. After Chennai Express, when we were writing ‘Singham Returns’, we knew the pressure. Today, that is why I am not nervous”.
‘Singham Returns’ has Ajay Devgan and Kareena Kapoor as leading pair. It will hit the screen on August 15.
