Rajanikant Getting Ready With ‘Kabali’

Rajanikant had played the role of a Mafia Don long ago in ‘Bhasha’. Later, he did never portray such role. After a long gap, once again, Rajani is appearing in the role of a mafia don for ‘Kabali’. It is learnt that Rajani portrayed a different get-up in this film and for that matter, the first look of this film had got a tremendous response across the globe. The first look poster proved that Rajani would appear in a stylish look like Basha long ago. Kalaipuli S Thanu, who had produced several prestigious films in Tamil language is bringing out this film with a highest budget and the film is being directed by Pa Ranjit. The shooting of the film is complete. A Chinese Super Star Wilson Chou is playing the villain’s role. Speaking on the occasion, Kalaipuli S Thanu says, ‘We have wrapped up the shooting with the recent Malaysia schedule. We have launched the post-production formalities. We are making efforts to release the first teaser in the first week of April and the audio would be out in the second week. We are also doing our best to release the film in May. I have a dream to make a film with Rajanikant and my dream has come true with this film. We got a fantastic subject and we are very happy that the first look poster of Rajani had got a tremendous response. Rajani’s looks, his performance as Kabali, would remain a highlight of the film. It is indeed a stylish action entertainer. It would be a definite hit for this summer season. Rajanikanth, Radhika Apte, Thansika, Kishore, John Vijay and others are in the cast. Camera is by Murali, music is by Santosh Narayan, art is by Ramalingam, action is by Anbarivu, dialogues are by Sahiti, while lyrics are by Sirivennela, Chandrabose, Anant Sriram.
