Oopiri Teaser Set For Launch On Feb. 20

It is well aware that King Nagarjuna and Karthi are sharing screen for ‘Oopiri’ directed by Vamsi Paidipally and produced by Prasad V Potluri on the banner of PVP Cinema. After two stupendous success like ‘Brindavanam and Yevadu’, Vamsi Paidipally had prepared a subject that suits a multi-starrer and approached NTR to play a role along with Nagarjuna. However, NTR expressed his inability to play in that movie. So, Vamsi approached Karthi and asked him to make debut in a straight Telugu movie by sharing screen with Nagarjuna. It is the story of two friends, who had a bonding. It is about the friendship of a physically challenged millionaire and an emotionally challenged man. Tollywood experts, critics and general public are eagerly look for the visuals of the film. So, the makers had decided to launch the teaser of the movie on February 20. With two successive hits like ‘Manam and Soggade Chinni Nayana’, Nagarjuna dared to play a completely different character as a physically challenged person. Tamanna once again pairing up with Karthi after getting proved as hit pair in ‘Awara’. The other lead cast include Prakash Raj, Jayasudha, Ali, Kalpana and others. Music is by Gopi Sunder, while PS Vinod is the cinematographer. The audio of the film will be launched on the February 28 and the film is slated to hit the screens across the globe in March.
