Nag To Play Cameo In Chaitu’s ‘Premam’

Sometime ago there was a gossip in the media that a Nagarjuna and Venkatesh are sharing the screen in Akkineni Naga Chaitanya’s upcoming movie ‘Premam’. Though multi-starrer movies are popping on the Telugu screen these days, making Nag and Venky to work together is not an easy task. However, Naga Chaitanya made it true. It is learnt that Venkatesh is playing a cameo in the movie and in order to bring Nag into the film, there was a gossip that Chaitu convinced him to give a voice over for his movie so that the combination will remain crazy. Nag too reportedly agreed to give voiceover for Chaitu’s ‘Premam’. It has become possible as Nagarjuna announced during ‘Oopiri’ promotion that he would concentrate on his children’s movies more and get them adequate break. Now another news is making rounds that Venkatesh is not playing the cameo but it is Nagarjuna who is playing the cousin of Shruti Hassan and Nag’s appearance would be during the interval bang. It may be recalled that ‘Premam’ is the remake of a Malayalam hit film ‘Premam’ directed by Alphonse Putharen. However, the Telugu version is being directed by Chandu Mondeti who made changes to the script to suit the Telugu nativity.
