Murugadoss’s Kaththi is not Original

Despite being a successful director in Tamil cinema, Murugadoss failed to succeed in Telugu with film like ‘Stalin’ but in the B-town, Murugadoss tasted success with ‘Ghajini’.
He recently made the film ‘Kaththi’ which stars Vijay which turned out to be a blockbuster. The film is collecting great money at the box office.
This film faced many problems before it could get released. Recently, a person named Gopi came and said that the story of Kaththi was written by him and it was stolen by Murugadoss from him.
Gopi revealed in front of a local Tamil TV channel and told how the idea was developed by him and what were the incidents which led him frame the story. After watching Gopi saying all this, some got convinced that Gopi is the original writer of the story and they even started to criticize Murugadoss on Facebook and Twitter. Murugadoss hasn’t responded to the criticism till now. Samantha has played the lead role in Kaththi while the Tamil version of the film will be released on November 21, 2014.
