Mohan Babu Calls Big Producers Lafoots During Dongata Success Bash

In his characteristic critical style, veteran actor Mohan Babu called a section of big producers as Lafoots and said that they wanted to dominate the industry. He said that unlike small producers, who arrange their own finances, big producers depend on financers for the film budget and when they cross the budget ceiling due to unwanted expenditure and careless spending, they start ignoring the financers.

Mohan Babu said that he was always supportive towards small producers and said that the industry does not belong to a single person. He said this comments when he was speaking during the success celebration of Dongaataa which was produced by his daughter Lakshmi Manchu.

Industry comments from other produces and film makers are awaited, and this comes at a time when the Manchu family is doing well in the industry with many upcoming films and successful releases.
