Mahesh Collects Rs 25 cr For ‘Brahmotsavam’

‘Srimanthudu’ directed by Koratala Siva, and produced by Naveen Yerneni, Ravishankar Yalamanchili, Mohan (CVM) on the banner of Mythri Movie Makers in association with G Maheshbabu Entertainment Pvt Ltd. which had hit the screens during the Sankranti season was a super duper hit and collected over Rs 50 crores across the globe. Maheshbabu became busy with his next project ‘Brahmotsavam’ directed by Sreekanth Addala and produced by Pearl V Potluri, Param V Potluri and Kavin Anne on the banner of PVP Cinema in association with G Maheshbabu Entertainment Pvt Ltd. The shooting of the film is in the final leg of shooting. However, Maheshbabu, who has tremendous fan following and with back to back hits like Sitamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu, Aagadu and Srimanthudu (of course with a speed breaker like 1 (Nenokkadine)) to his credit, has reportedly a total remuneration of Rs 25 crore for the movie soon after learning that he joined the Rs 50 crore club and the producers had accepted to pay that amount as they very well know that the film could collect huge profits soon after its release. Samantha, Pranitha and Kaajal are romancing with Maheshbabu in this film. Mahesh will play the lead role in Murugudoss direction, whose shoting would begin in April.
