The film unit of ‘Sarrainodu’ were elated over the information that the film is doing good business wherever it was released and the collections across the globe if put together are nearing Rs 100 crore, pushing the film into one of the films that had reached the Rs 100 crore club. In a bid to push the film into the Rs 100 crore club, the film unit had started massive publicity and finally it reached the Rs 100 crore club and became one among the top 5 highest grossers in the Telugu film industry. However, the promotions accidentally pressed a wrong button as well and caught the attention of the Income Tax officials, who raided the offices and residences of the film-makers and started asking for the details of the income from the film and the revenue it collected from various centres. Now, the producer Allu Aravind is busy claiming that the film had faced huge losses overseas and the Mega fans doubled and tripled the revenue collections to prove that their favourite hero is one of the top stars. But in reality the film had faced losses, claim Allu Aravind. However, the Income Tax officials are not listening to Allu Arjun and other partners of the production and decided to grill them.
