The ace director of Tollywood Dasari Narayana Rao was present in the promotional event of Ram Gopal Varma’s Ice Cream. He made his presence felt with his humour. He made a few confusing statements that the listeners could not understand if he is praising or criticizing.

Dasari said,” ‘Has producer Rama Satyanarayana went to the range of making a film with top director like Ram Gopal Varma or a director like Ram Gopal Varma stooped down to the range of Rama Satyanarayana?”

Dasari continued,” ‘No other director in Tollywood including me had received such publicity from media like Ram Gopal Varma got. Media has been supportive to him. It’s time to patch up things and move on. Varma has no intention to demean media persons.”
