Bollywood Khan’s Clash Continues

Sunday was the day of the Khans. Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan clashed once again, albeit at different venues. Salman unveiled the first trailer of his upcoming film, Kick, at a suburban theatre. Shah Rukh wooed the young, and the young at heart, at a Father’s Day event at a city mall. Both the events were timed just half an hour apart, splitting up the fans and dividing the media turnout, since both were open to the public.
The invites for the SRK event had gone out on Wednesday, June 13 while the invite for the Kick event arrived only late on Saturday.
Two years ago, an event to announce Salman as the brand ambassador of a travel portal was postponed by a couple of hours so that Salman took the stage at exactly the time that SRK was supposed to arrive at an event, a few kilometres away.
