Akshay is Excited About His Next Project
The makers of Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Baby’ say that their film is running successfully and so far it has collected Rs. 76 crores. But still the trade pundits say that January was sort of unlucky for Bollywood.
After getting good response from the critics, the trade analysts saying such things about the film have for sure disheartened the makers.
About this Akshay said, “It’s not about how many crores you make from the movie, it’s about response and also the money that we’ve spent on making this movie.”
Director Neeraj Pandey was heard saying the same thing, “We’ve at a wonderful second weekend at the box office but we read the reports this morning which were pretty hilarious. But it doesn’t matter as long as the audience loves it.”
Producer Bhushan Kumar is still thoughtful as to why Baby is not give the hit tag but inspite of this he will continue to make thriller films. His next project is ‘Airlift’ which again features Akshay. This film will be based on the real story of the biggest human evacuation which occurred in Kuwait.
Akshay is very excited about this new project, “It’s a very real film. It’s a story about the biggest evacuation this world has ever seen. It is a real story.”
Akshay maintains a balance between his personal and professional life and he takes the help of humor to keep romance breathing. He said, “I find her (Twinkle Khanna) columns very funny. I encourage her to do that. I presume that’s what the strength about us is. We make each other laugh.”
