A Documentary is Launched on ‘Siva’

On October 5, 1989 ‘Siva’ was released. This film featured Tollywood star King Nagarjuna. Huge number of fans rushed to the theatres to watch this film. People were overwhelmed after watching the film. They felt as if they had watched a magic show instead of a film. This happened because that was the time when people were unaware of the fact that screenplay also plays an important role. And what happened afterwards is history and known to everyone. A new trend was set and RGV gained recognition at national level.
It has been 25 years since the release of ‘Siva’ and on this occasion, a documentary was launched on the film on Tuesday, October 7th, 2014. At the event, Nagarjuna shared the joyful moments he experienced during the shooting of this film. He also said that digitally re-mastered version of Siva will be released in 100 theatres in the coming month. The event was graced by the presence of film’s cast and crew.
