Tendulkar cracks 44th test ton
Sachin Tendulkar scored his 44th century (105 not out) in tests while India were all out for 243 in its first innings in the first test at ZACS, at Chittagong.
In reply, Bangladesh were well placed at 53/0 with left-handed openers Tamim Iqbal scoring 31 and Imrul Kayes contributing 23, before slipping to 59/3 at stumps on the second day with Zaheer taking two wickets and Sharma one.
Raqibul Hasan was unbeaten on one and Mohammad Ashraful had yet to open his account when play was called off due to bad light. Only 24.5 overs were bowled because of poor weather on Monday.
