South Africa does justice to chokers tag again

South Africa, one of the favourites to lift Cricket World Cup lost again in the all important quarter-final as they could not chase 222 runs against New Zealand.

New Zealand won by 49 runs. The black caps were at their best on the field today. Bangladeshis hammered New Zealanders in Banglesh in the recent past.

Yesterday, it was Australia that was knocked out and today it is South Africa’s turn to exit earlier than expected.

New Zealand will meet either Sri Lanka or England in the semi-finals. Now, chokers tag will be with South Africa for long time.

South Africa at one stage were in commanding position and favourites to enter semi-finals. Four quick wickets changed the game.
