TRS: Only separate T-State is acceptable
After the Justice Sri Krishna Committee submitted its report to the Union Home Minister, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi reiterated its demand that nothing short of a separate Telangana state would be acceptable to them demanding that the Centre should introduce a bill for a separate state in the budget session of Parliament.
K T Rama Rao, general secretary, TRS, said that they are certain that the Sri Krishna report would not give any specific proposal except giving the pros and cons of different options. He said that irrespective of the report, the Centre should introduce a bill for bifurcation of the state since nothing short of separate Telangana including Hyderabad would be acceptable to the people of Telangana.
TRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao said that no force on earth could stop the Telangana movement and they would rest only after achieving statehood for the region.
