Telangana ‘Ranabheri’ on Saturday
More than 50,000 students are expected to attend the “Telangana Vidyarthi Ranabheri” being organised by the ABVP at Nizam College on January 23.
The meeting will be addressed by Sushma Swaraj, Leader of the Opposition in Parliament, and will be the final bugle being sounded by the Telangana students for a separate State, said ABVP State Secretary Kadiyam Raju, adding that the movement would be intensified.
He said the idea of calling Sushma Swaraj was to thank her for promising to extend unconditional support to the Telangana Bill in Parliament, whenever it is introduced. He accused the government of suppressing the agitation using police force and appealed to the students not to resort to suicides and demanded all the public representatives to submit their resignations immediately.
