TDP and PRP suffer set backs
Surprisingly, even after three months of the end of election process, the political situation in the state not yet stabilised till now. With each passing day some one or the other has seen jumps into some other party. PRP leaders Devender Goud and his followers shifted their loyalty from PRP to TDP. At the same time some senior leaders of TDP quits or ready to quit the party in protest against inception of Devender Goud into the party. Talasani Srinivasa Yadav who raised serious objections for his re-entry was somehow silenced by the party high command. Now, it’s Srinivasulu Naidu who resigned to his post and to the party primary membership with the same reasons.
TDP fire brand leaders Nannapaneni Rajakumari, Roja, and some others are said to be seriously thinking about quitting the party.
While, many are packing up their luggage to leave the party, there is a long queue of the leaders who wants to come back into TDP. This time also its PRP which is going to lose its cadres and leaders. Tammineni Sita Ram and Kala Venkata Rao who left the TDP just before the elections seek re-entry into TDP. Most probably they will leave the PRP and join TDP within the next few days.
The ruling Congress party is quite comfortably enjoying the prevailing situation.
