Hyderabad, Sept 9 (INN): Union ministers, MPs, legislators and other leaders of the Congress party from the Seemandhra region would meet soon to discuss the proposed Million March being planned by the APNGOs in Hyderabad.
Talking to reporters here, Vijayawada MP Lagadapati Rajagopal said that the meeting would be held in Hyderabad wherein arrangements for the proposed Million March would be discussed and finalised. However, he said that the date and venue for the meeting is yet to be finalised. He said that the Congress leaders would extend total support to the APNGOs proposed Million March.
Meanwhile, Rajagopal condemned the attack on Seemandhra employees allegedly by pro-Telangana activists while they were returning home after attending the APNGOs public meeting in Hyderabad on September 7. He, along with Revenue Minister Dr N Raghuveera Reddy and Congress MP Anantha Venkatarama Reddy visited Apollo Hospital to meet Satyanarayana, Revenue Department employees, who was injured in the attack.
Condemning the attack, Raghuveera Reddy described the act as inhuman. (INN)
