Hyderabad, July 15 (INN): Former ministers B Dharmana Prasada Rao and P Sabita Indra Reddy appeared before a CBI Special Court in connection with the Disproportionate Assets case of YSRCP president YS Jaganmohan Reddy.
While Dharmana was named as an accused in the Vanpic allotments, Sabitha is facing quid pro quo allegations for allotment of 407 acres of land for Dalmia Cements. Both were forced to resign from the cabinet after they named as accused in the CBI chargesheet.
The CBI Court on Monday also heard the Emaar Properties and OMC cases.
Meanwhile, the CBI Court has adjourned the next hearing to July 19 on the CBI memos seeking judicial custody of Sabitha and Dharmana Prasad Rao.
