Hyderabad, Sept 23 (INN): Chief Justice of High Court, A.P. has dismissed the PIL filed by Gulam Rabbani Advocate regarding the implementation of A.P. Prohibition of Cow Slaughtering And Animal Prohibition Act 1977 in total and taking the action against the Hindu Vahini activists Compromising RSS, VHP, Bajrang Dal and BJP.
During the hearing the Advocate Rabbani represented before the court that the police is not taking any action against the Hindu Vahini activists who are indulged in the illegal activities of attacking the Muslim community in the pretext of Cow Slaughtering and police is acting as mute spectators.
The Chief Justice has asked the petitioner weather he is taking about total State of Andhra Pradesh or only regarding the city then Advocate Rabbani replied that total state of Andhra Pradesh. The chief Justice asked weather had petitioner approached to concerned police according to Cr.P.C. then Advocate Rabbani replied he had given representation to DGP of State and Commissioner of police Hyderabad. Then the Chief Justice said the Petitioner to approach the concerned police and if the police does not take any action he can again approach this honorable court for the relief and court will take action.
