OUJAC Holds Protest Against CM

Hyderabad, July 16 (INN): The Osmania University Students Joint Action Committee on Tuesday slammed Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy for opposing Telangana State during his presentation before the Congress Core Committee.

Demanding that the Chief Minister apologise for his “misleading” roadmap, the OUJAC leaders held protest near Arts College building in the OU Campus and burnt the Chief Minister’s effigy. They threatened to hold protest at the CM’s camp office if Kiran Kumar Reddy failed to withdraw his remarks.

It may be mentioned that the Chief Minister, in his presentation before the Congress Core Committee, reportedly expressed apprehensions that naxal menace would intensify after the formation of Telangana State.
