KCR’s 2014 poll talks draws flak from T-activists

The Telangana Rashtra Samithi chief K. Chandrasekhar Rao said that the 2014 general elections would be an opportunity to teach the Congress a lesson and this comment has shocked Telangana protagonists who say that it defeats the spirit of the struggle for Telangana. When KCR said that Telangana will be a reality in 2 weeks, they ask, why wait until 2014 poll?

The 2014 poll talk did not go down well with the Telangana employees Joint Action Committee, which is reviving its agitation from August 8 and starting an indefinite general strike from August 17.

The Osmania University Joint Action Committee (OUJAC) also criticised the TRS chief for his remarks and asked KCR to step up efforts to bring all the forces working for T-state under one umbrella instead of talking about 2014 elections.
