KCR shifted to NIMS in Hyderabad
K. Chandrasekhar Rao, president Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) president, who is on indefinite fast at Khammam government hospital, has been shifted to the Nizam Institute of Medical Sciences in Hyderabad. The doctors stated that the condition of KCR had been stable. NIMS has been sending medical bulletins on KCR’s health every three hours to the Human Rights Commission.
On Sunday, the police had arrested KCR in Siddipet as he was planning to undertake a fast-unto-death. State minister R. Venkata Reddy, met KCR in Khammam hospital and requested him to end his fast.
The TRS has decided upon sending a five-member delegation to New Delhi to brief the center about the situation in Telangana region and to seek support for a separate Telangana state.
