JC Diwakar Asks Kodandaram To Resign
Senior leader and former Congress minister J C Diwakar Reddy on Monday appealed to Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy to take action against Telangana Political Joint Action Committee Convenor M Kodandaram, who is a professor in Osmania University. He also opined that there is no uncertainty in the state administration.
Addressing the media at the state Assembly, JC charged that Kodandaram was making provocative speeches to mount pressure on elected representatives in a bid to force them to resign.He asked Kodandaram to first resign from his post as a Professor in the Osmania University, and to set an example himself before seeking the resignations of Congress leaders from Telangana.
Stating that there was no uncertainty in the state, Diwakar Reddy said ministers, including the ones from Telangana, are personally reviewing files and carrying on with their work without causing any inconvenience to people.
