Jagan’s Fast For Samaikhyandhra Enters Third Day
Hyderabad, August 27 (INN): The indefinite hunger fast undertaken by YSR Congress Party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in Chanchalguda Jail entered third day on Tuesday.
Jagan went to fast demanding that the Centre maintain status quo on Andhra Pradesh if it could not do justice to all regions. Meanwhile, a team of doctors conducted Jagan’s medical check-up in the morning and at the request of YSRCP leaders, the jail authorities have agreed to release a health bulletin in the evening.
Meanwhile, the City Police stepped up security around Chanchalguda Jail premises to prevent Jagan’s supporters from assembling near the jail premises.
