Jagan applies for bail in CBI Court
Hyderabad, Sept 11 (INN): YSR Congress party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Wednesday applied for bail in the CBI Special Court in the Disproporatione Assets case.
While admitting the petition, the Third Additional Judge of the CBI court while directing the Central Bureau of Investigation to file its counter adjourned the next hearing to Thursday. Jagan, who is lodged in Chanchalguda Central Prison since his arrest on May 27 last year, has applied for bail following the directions of the Supreme Court that Jagan can apply for bail after September 8.
It may be mentioned that the CBI has filed filed three chargesheets in the case on Tuesday.
