Haj Pilgrim’s Vaccination Programme Inaugurated
Hyderabad, Sept 16 (INN): A Vaccination Camp for administering vaccinations against Meningitis, influenza and oral polio drops for the selected Haj pilgrims of Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy Districts was inaugurated today at the Haj House Nampally Hyderabad by AIMIM MLA Virasat Rasool Khan and M LA Mouazzam Khan .
A large number of pilgrims including lady pilgrims availed the opportunity. Vaccination for the Haj pilgrims from Cover Nos. 2501 to 5000 will be conducted at the Haj House, Nampally Hyderabad On Tuesday 17th September between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
There will be no vaccination programme on Wednesday 18th September due to Ganesh Nimarjan procession in the city. However vaccinations will be administered on Thursday 19th September between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM for the pilgrims from Cover Nos. 5001 to 7000.
Vaccination to the pilgrims will also be administered at the Princess Esra Hospital Charminar on 19th, 20th and 21st September between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
The Haj pilgrims are informed that the vaccination will be given to them only on production of Selection Letter and the HAT Card given by the Haj Committee. Prof S A Shukoor Special Officer and Abdul Hameed Executive Officer AP State Haj Committee have requested the pilgrims of Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy Districts to attend the vaccination programme as per the above schedule only.
Ahmed Nadeem IAS, Secretary Minorities Welfare Department Government of Andhra Pradesh, Prof S A Shukoor Special Officer and Abdul Hameed Executive Officer of the Andhra Pradesh State Haj Committee were present on this occasion.
