YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, son of late YSR, seems to have climbed down from the Jagan-as-CM demands. On Wednesday he vacated the CM’s camp office at Begumpet, hailed the leadership of Congress chief Sonia Gandhi and urged the ministers and MLAs threatening to resign over the leadership issue not to do so. Jagan also endorsed the party membership drive and volunteered to take part in one such event on October 2 at Kadapa.
Jagan is presently camping in Bengaluru and will return to Hyderabad on October 5 and operate from the Sagar Society residence of his late father on Road No 2, Banjara Hills.
Jagan is said to be handing over his business enterprises to his family members and take up full time political activity. He is still awaiting an appointment to meet Sonia Gandhi. The congress high command gave clear indications that K Rosiah will continue as CM of AP.
