CM plays cheap tricks: Roja
TDP fire brand leader Roja seems to be shocked with the statement given by Chief Minister Dr.Y.S.Rajashekar Reddy, who said that she is trying to join the Congress party. He said that she is just like another sister to him who has been in regular contact with his party members since her defeat from Chandragiri constituency in the recent elections.
Roja, addressing the media said that, ‘Indeed, nowadays I am not attending the party meetings. It doesn’t mean that I am planning to join the Congress or some other party. I am terribly disappointed with my defeat. That’s why I am not taking active part in my party meetings. But, Chief Minister wisely utilised this narrow gap to create a rift between me and my party. Neither, I met any Congress leader in the last two months nor did I approach any Congress leader seeking my admission into the party. I will be in TDP for ever, and will be there till my last breathe.”
CM’s statement shook the TDP, particularly its President N. Chandrababu Naidu who is accusing the Chief Minister, of trying to create rift between TDP members and for his attempts to attract them into Congress Party, with his ‘Operation-Aakarsha.’
Responding to the statement Babu said that, “This Chief Minister doesn’t want the opposition to survive in the state. Hence, he is seriously trying to dismantle all the opposition parties with his cheap tricks. This is another trick played by him in that direction. He is behaving like a factionist who always tries to wipe of his enemies at any cost.’
However, Babu who never believes even his own shadow, shocked with the CM’s statement immediately called upon Roja and sought her explanation in this regard. Though, she assures him her loyalty towards party, the CM’s statement makes him gaze her with suspicion from now onwards. In that way, CM is quite succeeded with his ‘Operation-Rift.’
