Chiranjeevi sacrifices films for Chief Minister’s post?
It’s official. For thousands of fans waiting for Chiranjeevi‘s film, this might rather be bitter news. He won’t be doing any films further as he wants to become Chief Minister in real life rather than becoming an on-screen Chief Minister. “I won’t do films.
Instead Charan will fill the dearth and will take care of films,” the film star-turned politician said speaking at a programme of UTV in Hyderabad on Tuesday. As the talk was rife that Chiranjeevi’s 150th film would be directed by either Murugadoss, VV Vinayak or Krishna Vamsi, the megastar’s fans were curiously waiting for the same. As Ramcharan Teja himself announced that he would be producing his father’s film, there were no second thoughts over the film.
But now sticking to his old decision of quitting films, the megastar made the clarification. Perhaps the merger his PRP into Congress might have changed the political equations.
