Hyderabad, Oct 1 (INN): Pradesh Congress Committee president Botsa Satyanarayana will visit the national capital on Tuesday evening to meet Central leaders on the State’s bifurcation issue.
According to sources, Botsa will meet AICC General Secretary Digvijay Singh and other leaders to apprise them of the situation in the State. On Tuesday, he along with Union Minister K Chiranjeevi and other ministers from the Seemandhra region participated in a meeting held at the residence of Finance Minister Anam Ramnarayana Reddy. They reportedly discussed the strategy to be adopted in view of a vertical split among the Seemandhra leaders with one group supporting the open rebellion of Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy against the Congress High Command.
Meanwhile, pro-Kiran Kumar Reddy group comprising Vijayawada MP Lagadapati Rajagopal, minister S Sailajanath and others met at the residence of Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao to discuss the future strategy. (INN)
