Stretching helps keep good health
Simple stretching excercises will improve appearance, flexibility, health, and overall performance of the body and mind. Excercises that stretch the muscles should not be done for long periods. The total workouts should be for just half an hour with two or three cool-down intervals of 5 to 10 minutes each.
The advantages of stretching excercises:
Stretching helps prevent postural problems. It improves muscle appearance. Simple stretches increase range of motion.
It results in far less muscle-pulling overextension injuries compared to not stretching. Flexibilty exercises help prevent overuse injuries from occuring.
Stretching gives more flexibility, which prevents soreness, allowing for faster recovery and better muscle growth. It invigorates the circulatory, respiratory and neuromuscular systems.
Stretching allows for a more active lifestyle later in life
