Hyderabad, August 25 (INN): Cyberabad Commissioner of police CV Anand conducted a seminar of 250 SIs/CIs/ACsP/DCsP rank officers to take feedback from police officers in the field about the 17 point Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for tackling land disputes developed by Cyberabad police recently.
They were also told about the case study of land grabber B.Ravindra on whom the Madhapur police opened the first land grabber History sheet. The Addl.PP P.Ravinder Reddy, APP L.H.Rajeswar rao, Retd.RDO and revenue expert KVN Chary answered the queries of officers who were sensitized to the various situations of land disputes and how police should act in such situations. Several important suggestions came forth from all ranks of officers and will be in corporated as part of the SOP. It was a highly enlightening session for police officers.
The Commissioner of Police also discussed and gave instructions regarding toning up of policing from Law & Order angle, crime and NBW execution. Measures to be taken for the up coming Ganesh festival were discussed in depth. The feedback session for the remaining 250 officers will be held next Saturday.
