Google is all set to launch GDrive, a cloud computing technology throwing away the necessity of hard drive.
GDrive, in which the web rather than the hard drive is used as the place to store information, would allow people to store almost all their data on the internet and access it from wherever they are.
The GDrive, expected to be launched this year, allows people to access and update all their online data such as emails, photographs, music, documents and spreadsheets from any device with an internet connection. GDrive is likely to bring together all of Google’s existing web-based services.
The question is will data be safe in the GDrive or more safe than in a computer hard drive?
