Little Ones are Big Players
In these highly polarized political situations every vote and every seat got some value, this is the inside opinion of the major political parties in state ,even though they are boasting of getting more than 200 seats with huge margins in the coming elections in front of cameras.
Though congress too has made several appeals and attempts to cruise with other left groups and telengana parties all of them curtly kept it at bay. Now it is TDP that is craving for support of all smaller parties as it lost a lot of ground and even the cadre is in dispirited mood in these four years of its oppositional role. If the PRP has not emerged TDP ,certainly , could have mustered the support of all left groups and Telenagana parties with unison but the arrival of PRP onto political scene and CPI’ defiant to align with TDP like its conjoined twin CPI (M) has kept the public and political parties on tenterhooks in regard to alliances in the next elections.
Usually smaller parties run behind major ones and bargain some seats so that they can make their presence in the house but now major parties doings aerobics to win favor of smaller ones to come to power, seeing the changed climate with nimble mind the little ones too are demanding larger share.
It is heard TDP has to part with at least half of its total constituencies, if it wants support of the left groups and Telengana, even then has to say ‘yes’ as there is no way left and other opposition party PRP is waiting to say ‘yes’.
