Those, in India, who thought that they should be governed properly, have judiciously exercised their franchise and elected a government that has (in the estimation of the voters) the best chance to give stability in political, social as well as economical fields.
In this context, we have to analyze the politician Nara Channdrababu Naidu, the Telugu Desam Party chief, in the state of Andhra Pradesh, who desperately wanted to be in power and govern all of us.
There is a story the Nara Naidu wanted to be the eternal CM of AP as if he was the heir of Nizam or the erstwhile British Royalty.
Nara Naidu usurped power from his father-in-law, the late Nandamuri Taraka Ramarao (NTR) by back-stabbing him. And for his Act of Brutus, he roped in most of the family members of the departed NTR. Nara Naidu ruled Andhra Pradesh for 9 years.
For the General Elections 2009, Nara was dubbed by the media as the free-for-all politician who desperately wanted to be back in power at any cost. He even promised the moon, forgetting that he was part of Mother Earth. He forgot that the Moon was a simple satellite of our planet.
Nara Naidu even did the great Indian Rope Trick by roping in Nandamuri Balakrishna and eve NTR Jr.
Nara knew he was weak and so he made an alliance with CPI & CPM, the same parties he alienated, once upon a time, because of his friendship with Venkiah Naidu’s Bharathiya Janatha Party (BJP).
Just to be in the seat of power, Nara even took the most improbable political somersault of conceding the separation of Andhra Pradesh, and aligned with the Jackal of AP political scenario, K Chandra Shekhar Rao, who founded the Telangana Rashtra Samithi, when he was kicked out of TDP by Nara Naidu himself.
Nara Naidu, who conceived Vision 2020, a report by one of the world’s top most Consulting Agencies, down graded himself to cheap gimmicks on the Television to somehow grab power.
What a fall, my country men and women…from Vision 2020 down to atrocious visual television tactics aimed at mudslinging on those who he thought were in the opposition.
Nara Naidu forgot that in a democracy, slinging allegation-al mud on other elected representatives is as good (or for that matter as bad) as tarnishing the voters, who are the franchisee holders of those who govern them and who are the right holders at the husting.
Nara Naidu is politically dead… Long live Nara, who originally owned just an acre and half of farm land….but never owned his own body, mind or soul, but, according to media reports holds Rs 10,000 Crores of earthly property.
Dear Nara, now that you have no chance of upgrading yourself, please do feel the comfort of downloading yourself.
