Allu Aravind to contest Machilipatnam LS seat
Chiranjeevi is all set to begin his Praja Ankita Yatra in Krishna district from March 17 lasting for four days. Allu Aravind, brother-in-law of Chiranjeevi and general secretary of PRP, is accompanying the yatra for the first time fuelling speculation that Aravind may contest from Machilipatnam Lok Sabha constituency.
Allu Aravind has scores of relatives in the district and is reported to be actively considering to contest from the Machilipatnam constituency, which has a large population of about four lakh Kapus.
The first list of PRP candidates for Lok Sabha and the state assembly are expected to be announced soon.
