Beleaguered Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt is not getting any respite from courts. For this he should blame himself than any one else. While he got one month relief from Supreme Court to surrender in 1993 Mumbai Blasts case, a local court issued non baliable warrant against the actor.
Court was acting on the complaint of the film maker Shakeel Noorani who complained that Sanjay Dutt threatened to eliminate him getting underworld into act when he demanded return of Rs 50 lakhs which he paid to do a film during 2002 and also a compensation of Rs 2 crs for the losses he suffered.
When sanjay chose to ignore court summons, it had no other options but to slap non bailable warrant. It will facilitate arrest of Sanjay Dutt. It has to be seen what course of action Dutt will take now.
