78% prefer Jagan as CM of AP
A Telugu TV channel NTV has conducted a poll across Andhra Pradesh along with Nielsen ORG Marg towards ascertaining peoples preference for the next Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. The sample was around 500 from each district.
The results show that an overwhelming 78% of people surveyed preferred YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, son of late CM YSR, as the next CM of AP.
Jagan received acceptance from 75% from Telangana area, 60% from Coastal districts and 82% from Rayalaseema region.
The poll specified the tasks of strengthening the party, carrying forward the schemes of YSR, popularity and satisfying the aspirations of the youth.
Jagan garnered 68% vote in another survey conducted by New Delhi based media organization Today’s Chanukya.
