3rd Test: India lead by 79 runs
India were 43 for 2 in their 2nd innings at stumps leading Australia by 79 runs on the 4th day of the 3rd Test at the Feroz Shah Kotla ground on Saturday.
Gautam Gambhir (21) and Rahul Dravid (5) were at the crease at the end of the day’s play.
After bowling out Australia for 577 runs, India lost two early wickets with Virender Sehwag (16) and night watchman Ishant Sharma (1) back in the pavilion.
Sehwag registered his maiden 5-wicket haul in Australia’s first innings. For Australia Clarke scored a century(112).
