VV Vinayak is likely to take up the direction of Ram Charan’s film Merupu which has been abandoned because of certain problems with the director Dharani. The film’s producers N.V. Prasad and Paras Jain of Mega Supergood Films are said to be coaxing Vinayak to take up the film and complete it as a huge amount has already been spent. The film was stalled after the first schedule of shooting.
If all goes well, the shooting of Merupu in the direction of VV Vinayak will go on floors in October. The director’s last film Badrinath with Allu Arjun has received mixed response and did not set the box office on fire.
